Attendees will learn WHY detoxing and cleansing important to your health, how they can restore and improve their health and how food can change their life. Organized by Crystal Jarvie, integrative health coach and owner of HealthStyles 4 Youattendees will learn and “take-away” from this experience the following:

  • Ten signs your body is telling you it is likely time to detox
  • How detoxing assists with improving your metabolism and helps curb your cravings
  • What toxins are and how they affect your body (toxic overload)
  • How and why detoxing can kick starting your weight loss  
  • Why detoxing is important related to overeating, consuming unhealthy foods and sugary drinks

Studies have found that your body holds roughly 5-10 pounds of toxicity (inflammation) at any given time. This means that a headache, bloated belly, or that extra weight that’s staying on is more than likely from toxic overload.
